If you pay by bank transfer, don't forget to add your bank's transfer commission fee to your total payment amount.
Each author can submit not more than three papers (or the name of any author cannot be mentioned as author in more than three papers).
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference to have the paper published in the proceedings.
Authors submitted more than one paper: the first paper requires full registration, the second and subsequent papers take advantage of reduced registration fee $275; for category "Participants from Developing Countries" - $175, for category "Local Participants" - $80.
Developing Countries are countries where the Per Capita GDP is US$15,000 or less, click here to see the list.
Local Participants is special registrtion category considered for all participants from Azerbaijan.
