PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Official and working language of AICT2024 Conference: English

Authors are requested to submit electronically a PDF (and DOC, if required) file paper(s) only to the following link: Click to Submit Your Paper. .

Before submitting your paper, please carefully read Guide for Authors.

To publish your paper in AICT2024 proceedings and (or) CDROM/DVD, please use the following IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings: .DOC format or .PDF format.

  • Paper Format - Submit a full paper in two columns, single-spaced, including figures and references.
  • Page Limits - Preferred minimum paper length is 4 printed pages, while maximum is 6 printed pages including figures. Paper size must be A4. The AICT2024 will accept papers for review up to 8 pages in length. Accepted papers that are longer than 6 pages will be charged an over length fee of $100 USD for 7 pages and $200 USD for 8 pages. Under no circumstances may any submission should exceed 8 pages.
  • Cover Page - The title of the paper, author's name, affiliation, and e-mail address should appear at the top of the first page followed by an abstract with a maximum of 100 words.
  • Page Numbers - The manuscript must not have page numbers or headers.
  • Originality - Authors must state that their paper has neither been published before nor currently being submitted elsewhere.
All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library and published in the conference proceedings that will be delivered through downloadable Web-reference (or CD/USB drive).
