 Each author can submit not more than three papers (or the name of any author cannot be mentioned as author in more than three papers).
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference to have the paper published in the proceedings.
Authors submitted more than one paper: the first paper requires full registration, the second - reduced registration $200 (for category "Participants from Developing Countries" - $120), and third paper is free.
