About AICT2013 Conference:
On behalf of the Steering Committee, we welcome you to the The 7th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT2013) will be held in Azerbaijan, Baku on the 23, 24 and 25th of October 2013. The AICT2013 Conference will build on the success of the previous conferences, which were held in Baku, Tashkent and Tbilisi
AICT2013 is co-organized by Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan, Qafqaz University, Baku State University, Lomonosov Moscow State University Baku branch, Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, Azerbaijan Technical University, and Information Technology Internationalization Research Center (Korea) with support of IEEE Azerbaijan Joint Chapter and technically sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
AICT2013 will offer oral, poster sessions, keynote speeches, tutorials and, professional meetings. Submitted papers are expected to cover state-of-the-art technologies, theoretical concepts, standards, products implementation, ongoing research projects as well as application issues of the ICT. In the previous AICT was joined by hundreds of participants from several countries including Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Sweden, Canada, China, Finland, United States, Turkey, Japan, Russia, Georgia, Romania, Iran, ...

AICT2013 Conference Purpose:
The AICT2013 International Conference is a forum to bring together business people, researchers, scientists, software architects, and industry professionals to discuss innovative ideas and diverse topics on next generation of information technologies and services. Using this forum, researchers and practitioners can exchange issues, challenges, new business models and structures, and new technologies and solutions. The AICT2013 aims at attracting both researchers from academic and industrial institutions and practitioners from industry.
Researchers, practitioners and distinguished speakers are invited to submit a paper and/or to make proposals of original research speeches addressing business and technical issues, challenges, solutions, and technologies in building applications, complete solutions and ICT-based services. All papers/proposals will be peer-reviewed by the members of the international program committee.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Official and working language of AICT2013 Conference: English
Authors are requested to submit electronically a PDF file paper(s) only to the following link: Paper submission is CLOSED! .
Accepted papers include Engineering Index (EI) and EI Compendex.
Papers title, author names, addresses, paper abstract and keywords must be written in accordance to the instructions at IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings .DOC or .PDF format.
Submit a full paper in two columns, single-spaced, including figures and references. Preferred maximum paper length is 5 printed pages (10-point font) including figures. IEEE will accept papers for review up to 7 pages in length. Accepted papers that are longer than 5 pages will be charged an over length fee of $100 USD for 6 pages and $200 USD for 7 pages. Under no circumstances may any submission should exceed 7 pages. Papers in excess of 7 pages shall not be considered for review or publication. The cover page is not included in the page count. The title of the paper, author's name, affiliation, complete return address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address should appear at the top of the first page followed by an abstract with a maximum of 100 words. Authors must state that their paper has neither been published before nor currently being submitted elsewhere. Accepted papers will be published in the conference's proceedings and/or CD-ROMs and the publication will be available on IEEE XploreTM. Selected papers will also be published in a journal.

GUIDELINES FOR CAMERA READY SUBMISSION:
Authors are requested to submit electronically their final Camera Ready Paper in PDF file only to the following AICT2013 link: http://aict.info/2013/?page=camready (CAMERA READY SUBMISSION).
To publish your paper in AICT2013 proceedings and (or) CDROM/DVD, please use the following links for IEEE to ensure your camera ready files submitted are IEEE Xplore compatible.
Verify IEEE Xplore PDF compliance
This will allow you to convert your Word, LaTeX, or range of other source files into IEEE XploreTM compatible files. PDF eXpress is a free service that helps IEEE conference authors to comply with the IEEE Xplore requirements for PDF files. Go to the PDF eXpress page www.pdf-express.org/plus, create your personal account (using link "New Users - Click here" and AICT2013xp as conference ID), upload your PDF and have it checked for compliance.

- Access the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site at: www.pdf-express.org/plus (if you already have eXpress account, just login using AICT2013xp conference ID and your existing credentials)
- Click "New Users - Click Here" (for first time users). Enter AICT2013xp for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
- For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
- Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
- Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".
- Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and
click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
- You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus-converted PDF
attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or
failed.
Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)
Each author whose paper has been accpeted for publication will recieve email from IEEE regarding eCF (from copyrights@ieee.org with subject "Copyright Pending Notice for Article: ...title of your paper..."). This email will provide the authors with a link to the online eCF wizard, as well as a unique login name and password to access their own copyright forms. When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully.
Please use the link in the email invitation sent earlier in order to access your eCF, and complete the entire form. If you have any difficulty accessing the eCF site, please contact the IPR Office at copyrights@ieee.org or aadamov@ieee.org
Your paper cannot be published until the eCF has been submitted.
Critical Information
At least one author per paper MUST REGISTER FOR THE AICT2013 CONFERENCE BY 5th of September, 2013. If this is not done, your paper will be removed from the Program. Please discuss paper acceptance with each other and your co-authors and your organization to be certain that at least one of you has registered by 5th of September, 2013.
