Important: While doing your transfer, do not forget to specify the purpose of the payment (AICT2026 Conference), full name of the payer and PaperID. Please, forward a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Secretariat at aict@ada.edu.az

Important Notes for Registration:

Registration deadline is 05 October 2026.
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full conference participant to have the paper published in the proceedings. Other co-authors of the same paper wishing to attend the conference should register separately at the reduced rate of Co-Author/Attendee.
Student Rate - Just full-time students enrolled at college and university can register at reduced Student Rate. Official proof of status must be provided (by email to aict@ada.edu.az) from registrar's office. Part-time students, post-doctoral and PhD students with income are not eligible for reduced rate.
IEEE Rate - Please provide an IEEE Member Number or a primary email address (by email to aict@ada.edu.az). For example, 01234567 or j.doe@nomail.com. Note that the Member Number must be 8 characters long including leading zeros. IEEE member is expected to have at least six months membership history.
If you pay by bank wire transfer, check with your bank bank's transfer commission fee and add it to your total payment amount.
Each author can submit not more than three papers (or the name of any author cannot be mentioned as author in more than three papers). Each submitted paper requires separate full conference registration.
Developing Countries are countries where the Per Capita GDP is US$15,000 or less, click HERE to see the list.
Regular Author Registration Includes: access to all sessions, paper presentation, keynote talks, workshops, coffee breaks, banquet dinner, social event, conference program, name tag (Badge), certificate of participation and handbag.
